Unlock code for Panasonic DMR-ES35V? I was assured this would be easy to find and free - it plainly isn't!! Any help anywhere?? Thanks

re: Unlock code for Panasonic DMR-ES35V? Advice from Panansonic Australia (where consumer protection rulings requires machines to be unlockable) is that a software upgrade, through an approved service agent, is required to give Region Free operation. The cost for this, in Sydney, is said to be $35.

re: Unlock code for Panasonic DMR-ES35V? My combo VHS/DVD player #DMR-ES30V is locked on remote #3 and I can't get it back to #1 . The remote cannot communicate with my set. Each time I send a signal the display on the set reads CHK REMOTE 3. I CANT'T GET NO DISPLAYS ON SCREEN (FUNCTIONS/NAVIGATOR ETC.) SO THAT I CAN'T RESET THE FACTORY SETTING TO #1. PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!!

re: Unlock code for Panasonic DMR-ES35V? on your remote hold the number 3 button and "enter" button at same time for over 2 seconds this will set the remote to #3 you can then turn on the dvd player and go to functions/navigator and then using menu reset to #1

re: Unlock code for Panasonic DMR-ES35V? esta bloqueado,el display me indica la clave U61,no se que signifique eso, es un combo DVD-VHS recoreder no me acepta DVD alguno ni le funciona el VHS.Todo ocurrio por meterle un DVD muy viejo el modelo es el DMR-ES35V.

re: Unlock code for Panasonic DMR-ES35V? so you push g-code then the numbers 1-9, all on the remote control and that's that ? I seem to have region 2 working OK but not region 1. The manual specs say regions 2-4. Please explain ?
