All-Region and Region 3
Hey all,
So I've bought a couple of imported movies on eBay that are advertised as All-Region. When I received them, the boxes they came in (sealed) claim to be Region 3. Now bear with me.
The DVDs DID play in my Region 1 PS2, but one won't read a couple of scenes and the other stops reading the disc about half-way through. Is it possible to play an alternate Region in a R1 player at all? Would an All-Region player alleviate the problem? Or do you all just think something's wrong with the discs? Weird question, I know, but seeing how this has happened more than once...figured I'd seek an opinion. Thanks!
