what a dvd playback feature and how do i get it on all of my movies that dont have it

Hello Stephanie/Gary.. I'm not quite sure what you mean here. Some DVDs say "playback feature", meaning play the movie. What are you trying to do?

after i burn the movie on some of them it will come on when i put it in to play on the tv and say that i do not have a playback feature...i am asking how do i get one or what am i doing wrong?

Have you tried these burnt discs on anything else like a PC or mac? What do they do with the discs? Could be that the burn isn't working and the DVD player is just complianing that it can't see the actual files on the DVD that it needs.
What model DVD player is it? What are you using to burn?

yes and they still are not playing they go through the burn and they still dont work

it is any dvd player and i am using dvd+ and dvd- not all do it just most of them

I am not able play a video,the picture it just keeps repeating itself, although i have tried to obtain info as to what i should be doing my computer goes into shutdown and restarts mode
I picked up a cd "Cyberlink Power DVD XP" was ok to start with pior to these problems but no luck i'm afraid.
