do you mean FreeView box? Yes - depends on what connections you have available. Your DVD recorder should have 2 SCART sockets.

Plug one SCART cable between the DVD Recorder and the TV,a nd one between the Freeview box and the DVD recorder.

This should allow you to record whatever the Freeview box is displaying, as long as the DVD Recorder is set to the correct input.

You need to check if different SCART sockets have different functions - ie. one might be input only, so check the manual to see which is which.
