NEW TO ALL THIS
I recently bought a new computer and I have the technology in it to burn videos I have on my pc. I'm using nero 7 ultra and every time I try to burn a disk it never completes the task. I have trying researching on everything I can think of that is wrong but after 20 attempts or so I still do not have a burned dvd to sho for it!!! I did not relize this was so difficult. Can anbody please give suggestions, tips, etc.

first of all what drive are you putting the blank dvds in? make sure it is dvd writable. also, what format are the videos you are trying to burn? are you trying to make backups, copy, or just burn data you created. please list burner model if available. -chris

just a shot in the dark,but i know for a fact Nero is not fully compatible with windows vista.Mine has XP and it had a warning that Nero may not work as expected if I upgraded to vista.Try different dvd writer software or upgrade what you have.maybe that will help.I thimk Vista was supposed to have its own dvd writing software if thats what you have.
