No pic on acoustic solutions 222

My m8 tried 2 play a dvd this afternoon on his player and theres no pic, jus a blank screen, hes only had it 2 months, any ideas?

Just curious, did you unplug it and wait a few min. and plug it back in? sometimes that works if a player is fronzen.
